1. order processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays. During high-volume periods — such as product launches or seasonal promotions — processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will reach out to you directly.


2. shipping destinations

RÄ Sugar Co currently ships within Canada. For inquiries about shipping outside of Canada, please contact us at admin@rasugarco.com and we will do our best to accommodate.


3. shipping rates & carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. RÄ Sugar Co ships via Canada Post and select regional carriers. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for your order based on location and order size.


4. delivery timelines

Estimated delivery timelines once an order has shipped:

  • Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 3–7 business days
  • Central Canada (ON, QC): 5–10 business days
  • Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PEI, NL): 7–14 business days
  • Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): 10–21 business days

Please note these are estimates only. RÄ Sugar Co is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


5. order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at admin@rasugarco.com.


6. incorrect shipping information

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. RÄ Sugar Co is not liable for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order, please contact us immediately at admin@rasugarco.com and we will do our best to make the correction before your order ships.


7. lost or stolen packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, RÄ Sugar Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at admin@rasugarco.com and we will work with you to find a solution.


8. damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@rasugarco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review your claim and work quickly to make it right.


9. wholesale & professional orders

Professional wholesale orders placed through shop.rasugar.co may be subject to different shipping timelines and rates based on order volume. Large or bulk orders may require additional processing time. Our team will be in touch if your order requires any special handling or if there are any delays on our end.


10. amendments

RÄ Sugar Co reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
